Unfortunately the measurements online are not accurate. All description are smaller than actual. In addition, seams are not smooth and flush. Multiple places there are rough edges and uneven levels of the face. Disappointed all around.
Took forever to ship. Quality is not great. It's just angle screwed together so it's not a smooth surface and it's 'wobbly' because the screws are tiny and don't really provide any structural stability. Screws were missing on both of the vents I ordered so I had to dig through my stash and find screws to finish the job - that tells me QA isn't doing their job or isn't even happening. Not impressed.

Great and fast
First off, the unit is white. It looks grey or stainless, but it's white powder coated paint. Works well and looks beautiful. Hopefully, they will have more colors available such as stainless steel.
